Estamos buscando un Service Designer con buen conocimiento holístico en el lado de Service designer para nuestro cliente Top.

- Experiencia de 3 años a más en rol de service designer.
- Conocimiento en investigación de usuario estratégica (Design research).
- Conocimiento de mapeo de procesos, diseño de journeys, diseño de service bluprint.
- Conocimiento en investigación de usuario táctica (UX research).
- Conocimiento de diseño UI, interacción (Web/App).
- Conocimiento de diseño e implementación de servicios digitales (Web/App).
- Conocimiento de diseño e implementación de servicios análogos.
- Conocimiento en investigación cuantitativa.
- Experiencia en iniciativas digitales B2C/B2B.
- Experiencia trabajando con equipos de producto digitales.
- Conocimientos de CX.
- Conocimiento profundo de las distintas metodologías ,técnicas de investigación para obtener datos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
- Uso de herramientas digitales que faciliten y potencien el proceso de diseño deservicio. Ejemplo: Jira, Miro, Mural, Notion, Figma, Video-ask, etc.
- Buenas habilidades en comunicación, argumentación, autonomía y gestión de stakeholders.
- 100% Planilla Completa

- Horario de trabajo L- V 09:00am-06:00pm
- Modalidad Híbrida 3 veces por semana ( Oficina y en campo)
