Job Summary
As a Glazing Service Foreman, you will be responsible for completing quality repairs, assess damage and perform preventative maintenance for glazing systems and products; including fitting and sealing windows, curtain wall glass, store-front systems, skylights, and glass doors for commercial buildings. You will serve as a leader, mentor, and work collaboratively with a crew of 1-2 technicians. Applicants must be comfortable with daily physical labor, working outdoors, from heights, and following extensive safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities
Install/repair/replace various commercial glazing systems, including curtain walls, store-fronts, doors, hardware, glass handrails, skylights, and more.
Supervise and work hands-on with field crews, ensuring workers receive proper training and adhere to all safety standards
Manage and delegate day-to-day job site operations while enforcing quality control and encourage best practices
Monitor and track employee work hours, conduct daily field reports, safety inspections, document job site photos, and other required reports
Ensures efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
Provide recommendations for additional work or maintenance.
On-call 24/7 availability to respond to emergency repairs (additional compensation, staggered schedule)
Follow all safety rules and procedures given
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of installation or repair experience with commercial glazing systems including curtain walls, store-fronts, doors and hardware
Must have valid driver license and clean 7-year driving record
Leadership skills- delegating, time management, quality control
Able to assess damage, determine correct process and performing quality repairs
Able to train and mentor new employees
Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints
