Position Overview
The Senior Service Technician serves as a technical expert, handling advanced troubleshooting, large-scale service projects, and mentoring apprentices and associates. This role ensures high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead service calls for complex system issues.
- Mentor and train apprentices and associates.
- Ensure all work complies with NFPA codes, manufacturer requirements, and regulations.
- Interface with inspectors, contractors, and clients.
- Provide advanced diagnostics and solutions.
Qualifications

Education & Experience
- 4–6 years of field technician experience.
- NICET Level I or higher strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise across multiple system types.
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
