The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ServiceNow development and be ready to contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications promptly according to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements efficiently.
• Perform integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other ServiceNow integration mechanisms.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of ServiceNow modules.
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
• Maintain clear documentation for all development activities.
• Stay abreast of ServiceNow enhancements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience with demonstrated ability to deliver quickly.
• Expertise in ServiceNow core modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML relevant to ServiceNow customization.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs.
