Job Description

Safe Production and Continuous Improvement / 安全生产与持续改进

• Lead the “Safety 1st” culture by conducting daily safety meetings, monitoring operators’ mental state, and enforcing safety rules. Set a positive example and integrate safety into performance evaluations with zero tolerance for violations.
  推行“安全第一”文化，主持每日安全会议，监控员工精神状态，并强制执行安全规定。树立良好榜样并将安全纳入绩效评估，对违规零容忍。
• Motivate co-workers to report potential hazards and incidents; ensure strict adherence to LOTO procedures during cleaning and maintenance. Keep escape routes unblocked and regularly check fire extinguishers and emergency equipment.
  鼓励员工报告潜在隐患和事故；确保在清洁和维护期间严格遵守挂牌上锁（LOTO）程序。保持逃生通道畅通，定期检查灭火器和急救设备。
• Ensure strict implementation of standards (WES, SOS, WI, 5S, Go/No Go). Identify quality deviations and waste, execute RCPS, standardize solutions, and drive continuous improvement activities (Kaizen).
  确保严格执行标准（WES, SOS, WI, 5S, Go/No Go）。识别质量偏差和浪费，执行根本原因分析（RCPS），标准化解决方案，并推动持续改进活动（改善）。
• Manage energy consumption by shutting down unused power sources (lights, air, machines); ensure proper control of chemical waste and garbage classification. Maintain familiarity with all chemical MSDS and TDS.
  管理能源消耗，关闭未使用的电源（灯光、气源、机器）；确保妥善控制化学废物和垃圾分类。保持对所有化学品安全技术说明书（MSDS）和技术数据单（TDS）的熟悉。

Production and Quality Management / 生产与质量管理

• Lead the team to complete production tasks on time with guaranteed quality and quantity; effectively manage raw materials and WIP (Work In Progress) storage to ensure smooth production flow.
  带领团队按时保质保量完成生产任务；有效管理原材料和在制品（WIP）库存，确保生产流程顺畅。
• Implement IKEA product documentation standards, strictly enforce Go/No Go requirements, and regularly check Critical to Quality (CTQ) points to ensure product compliance and process stability.
  执行宜家产品文件标准，严格执行Go/No Go要求，并定期检查关键质量控制点（CTQ），以确保产品合规和过程稳定。
• Monitor production performance through M3 data input, mistake tracking, and scrap analysis; ensure all quality and production records are accurately filled and reported in a timely manner.
  通过M3数据输入、错误跟踪和废品分析监控生产绩效；确保准确并及时填写和汇报所有质量和生产记录。
• Update the team communication board (Safety, Quality, Volume) and ensure daily meetings are conducted strictly according to operational standards to keep the team aligned.
  更新团队沟通看板（安全、质量、产量），并确保严格按照操作标准召开每日会议，以保持团队协同一致。

People Management and Team Development / 人员管理与团队发展

• Conduct performance appraisals covering production, quality, safety, and discipline; complete high-quality Development Talks (DT/PDT) at least twice a year with result follow-up.
  进行涵盖生产、质量、安全和纪律的绩效评估；每年至少完成两次高质量的发展谈话（DT/PDT）并跟进结果。
• Comply with IWAY regulations regarding overtime and working hours; maintain accurate attendance records and submit data in the system before the monthly cycle ends.
  遵守关于加班和工作时间的IWAY规定；维护准确的考勤记录，并在月度周期结束前在系统中提交数据。
• Drive the implementation of autonomous teams to enhance performance and continuous improvement; organize We Share surveys, We Talks, and quarterly evaluations to foster team engagement.
  推动自主性团队建设以提升绩效和持续改进；组织We Share调查、We Talk对话及季度评估以提升团队参与度。
• Provide training on skills, quality, and safety; foster harmonious labor relations; communicate company information effectively; and actively promote IKEA culture among co-workers.

Machine Maintenance and 5S Management / 机器设备与5S管理

• Perform basic equipment maintenance (cleaning, oiling, tightening) and repairs; possess the skills to operate equipment and adjust dimensions; supervise daily preventive inspections and tool custody.
  执行基本设备维护（清洁、注油、紧固）和维修；具备操作设备和调整尺寸的技能；监督日常预防性检查和工具保管。
• Maintain high 5S standards in responsible areas; keep equipment and the ground clean and tidy; conduct regular stock taking of tools and equipment to verify quantity and functional status.
  在责任区域维持高标准的5S；保持设备和地面整洁；对工具和设备进行定期盘点以核实数量和功能状态。

Administration and General Duties / 行政与综合职责

• Receive daily materials, fill out forms, and organize daily shift meetings; follow company operational procedures and support internal and external audits.
  接收日常物料，填写表格，并组织每日班前会；遵循公司操作程序并支持内部和外部审核。
• Demonstrate cost consciousness regarding raw materials and energy savings; complete other tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor.
  在原材料和节能方面表现出成本意识；完成生产主管分配的其他任务。

Qualifications

Knowledge related to wood manufacturing or similar experiences. 木材加工相关知识或相关行业经验。

Management experience from a manufacturing company 拥有制造企业管理经验

Knowledge and experience from managing and leading teams  具有带领和管理团队的经验和知识

Middle school or above 中学及以上
