Job Description/Responsibilities

Join our team as a Shipping Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently from our facility to customers. This role offers hands-on experience with warehouse systems, logistics coordination, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be at the center of daily operations—solving problems, improving processes, and helping ensure shipments go out accurately and on time. It’s a great opportunity to build logistics expertise and grow within a dynamic distribution setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate outbound shipments using WMS, including order picking, carrier check-in, dock assignment, and order verification
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and manifests
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely loading and resolve scheduling changes
• Assign and support forklift crews with loading, staging, and outbound order tasks
• Track shipping performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continuous process improvements

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:• High school diploma or GED• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Clear written and verbal communication skills across teams

Preferred:• Experience with WMS or other manufacturing systems (ERP, MRP, MPS)• Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage industry• Ability to quickly learn new systems and contribute to process improvements
