Position OverviewÂ
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to support the daily operations of our custom closet showrooms. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, polished environment for clients while supporting our design team and ensuring the showroom consistently reflects our brand standards.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Showroom OperationsÂ
Open and close the showroom in accordance with scheduled hoursÂ
Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the showroomÂ
Ensure displays, samples, and materials are properly stocked and visually appealingÂ
Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure showroom readiness at all timesÂ
Customer ExperienceÂ
Greet and assist walk-in clients in a friendly, professional mannerÂ
Provide an overview of products, materials, and showroom displaysÂ
Answer questions and help guide clients through the showroom experienceÂ
Capture and route customer inquiries or leads to the appropriate designerÂ
Team SupportÂ
Assist designers during in-showroom client appointments as neededÂ
Prepare materials, samples, or workspaces for client meetingsÂ
Provide general administrative and operational support to the design teamÂ
Support the Customer Liaison team by fielding and scheduling new leadsÂ
Qualifications
Basic QualificationsÂ
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or showroom environments preferredÂ
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
Professional appearance and demeanorÂ
Highly organized with attention to detailÂ
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Self-motivated and able to work independentlyÂ

Preferred QualificationsÂ
Interior Design or home-related backgroundÂ
CAD knowledge and/or experience Â
