SIGINT Analyst -Senior

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SIGINT Analyst to join our team at Fort Meade, supporting the 70th ISR Wing (70 ISRW). The SIGINT Analyst will play a critical role in conducting Signals Intelligence analysis, providing actionable intelligence to support operational and strategic objectives. This position requires expertise in SIGINT collection, processing, and analysis, as well as the ability to integrate SIGINT data into multi-intelligence (Multi-INT) fusion efforts. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. 

• Analyze and exploit SIGINT data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable intelligence. 

• Integrate SIGINT data with other intelligence disciplines (e.g., GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to support Multi-INT Fusion and ISR operations. 

• Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery. 

• Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them. 

• Maintain proficiency in SIGINT tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions. 

• Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies.  

Qualifications

 

Required Qualifications: 

• Experience Level: Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD

• Technical Expertise: 

• Proficiency in SIGINT collection, processing, and analysis. 

• Familiarity with SIGINT tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations. 

• Strong understanding of SIGINT platforms, collection methods, and analytical tradecraft. 

• Skills: 

• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. 

• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and Polygraph is required

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience supporting the 70 ISRW, National Security Agency, or similar ISR organizations. 
• Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government SIGINT analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification. 
• Knowledge of Multi-INT Fusion and cryptological support to military planning, operations and analysis. 

• Familiarity with advanced SIGINT tradecraft techniques and methodologies. 

• Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in SIGINT analysis.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
