ā¢ Solving Batch job incidents
Provide end user support
ā¢ Authorization management
ā¢ Constructively escalate to other parties in case of data delivery issues
ā¢ System monitoring
ā¢ Ensures ongoing maintenance as well as updating of documentation and test data
Required Soft Skills :Ā
ā¢ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
