Who will you be working with?

You will work closely with local site stakeholders, European category managers, and global procurement teams. The role involves strong collaboration with finance, operations, and project teams, as well as external suppliers, to ensure effective sourcing execution and alignment with business objectives in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

How will you make a difference?

As part of Sourcing team, you will take ownership of CapEx, OpEx, and Services sourcing activities at the site level. You will ensure effective execution of sourcing strategies, drive cost savings, and maintain a competitive and reliable supplier base.

In this role, you will lead tactical indirect sourcing activities, translate global commodity strategies into local execution, and ensure uninterrupted business operations through strong supplier management and efficient sourcing processes. You will play a key role in improving procurement performance, optimizing costs, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.

What do we want to know about you?

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, with focus on indirect categories
  • Strong understanding of cost structures, pricing models, KPIs, and service agreements
  • Experience with ERP systems and eSourcing tools (e.g., Coupa, HICX, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to drive cost and performance improvements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence decisions
  • Fluent in Polish and English

What will your typical day look like?

  • Take ownership of CapEx, OpEx, and Services sourcing activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with competitive suppliers
  • Execute tactical indirect sourcing activities and local implementation of global and European commodity strategies
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including supplier negotiations, purchase order management, and performance monitoring
  • Manage supplier relationships and challenge suppliers to improve cost, service, and efficiency
  • Lead cost optimization initiatives, including supplier rationalization and total cost of ownership reduction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to align priorities and business needs
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards
  • Own and deliver key procurement KPIs (savings, payment terms, supplier performance)
