Due to continued expansion, we require a Site Logistics Manager for Dublin-based projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage all site logistics activities to ensure the efficient movement of labour, materials, plant and equipment across the project.
- Oversee site access, traffic management, deliveries, storage areas and welfare facilities to support safe and productive operations.
- Work closely with the Project Team, subcontractors and supply chain partners to maintain programme milestones and minimise site disruptions.
- Monitor and coordinate logistics resources to ensure works are carried out efficiently and in line with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, company policies and site-specific logistics plans at all times.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and site stakeholders to promote collaboration and positive site culture.
- Identify and resolve logistical challenges proactively, implementing solutions that improve site efficiency, productivity and safety.
- 7-10 years’ Site Management experience
- Previous Main Contractor experience ideally large-scale commercial/residential/mixed-use development projects experience beneficial
- Third level qualification or Trades background (Excellent knowledge of Trades)
- IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft software
- Excellent delegation and organisational skills
- Ability to work well within a team and to collaborate with others
