About this role

Job responsibilities:
• Liaise closely with civil contractor to meet target schedule and mechanical equipment delivery plan
• Liaise with client on the execution of project to meet target
• Meeting with subcontractor on site execution with all aspect to meet planned schedule
• Ad hoc arrangement to handle all issue happen at site
• Remedial plan to achieve target from time to time when foreseen any issue that out of target.
• Ensure all site activities as planned.
• Ensure site work quality such as workmanship, standard of welding etc,
• Ensure no extra cost incurred and any site purchase items
• Any other matter appointed by top management

Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to identify project risks, delays, or cost overruns and implement effective remedial and recovery plans.
• Experience in handling site issues, variation works, and cost control to prevent unnecessary or unauthorised expenditure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
