Site Superintendent Location: Long Island City, NY Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 annually Work Arrangement: In-Person Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity Our SelectLeaders Client is an established construction firm specializing in high-end interior projects throughout New York City. The company is known for its commitment to quality, craftsmanship, client service, and delivering complex projects with a high level of precision. They are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and lead the successful execution of high-end construction projects. This is a hands-on role for a Superintendent who takes ownership of the job site, understands the importance of quality and schedule, and can effectively lead subcontractors and coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and the project management team. The Site Superintendent will oversee all day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Working closely with the Project Manager and project team, the Superintendent will manage subcontractors, coordinate site logistics, monitor progress, maintain quality control, and proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact the project. The ideal candidate is an experienced NYC construction professional who is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable representing the company in front of clients and design professionals.
