Stellenbeschreibung

  • Direkte operative und administrative Unterstützung des Field Service Managers bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Service- und Baustelleneinsätzen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Personaleinsatzplanung und Mobilisierung von eigenen Mitarbeitenden, Temporärpersonal und Subunternehmern inklusive Koordination der erforderlichen Einsatzunterlagen.
  • Administrative Unterstützung des Regional Service Centers, insbesondere bei Rechnungsstellung, Einsatz-, Stunden- und Verfügbarkeitsübersichten sowie der Nachverfolgung offener administrativer Themen.
  • Koordination von Reisen, Unterkünften, Personaldienstleistern und internen Schnittstellen sowie konsequente Nachverfolgung von Ressourcen-, Dokumentations- und Terminanforderungen.

Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder technische Grundausbildung mit ausgeprägtem kaufmännischem Verständnis.
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office; ERP-Erfahrung von Vorteil.
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten, hohe Serviceorientierung und die Fähigkeit, auch bei wechselnden Prioritäten den Überblick zu behalten.
