Site Technology Lead at Cellerator

As our Site Technology Lead, you will be an integrated part of preparing the site’s entire IT landscape for operation - from network architecture and infrastructure to cybersecurity and facility system integrations - and govern the managed service partners who help deliver it. You will make sure everything we build is scale-able, modern, secure, and compliant.

What you will do:

• Lead IT and OT readiness for new facility build-outs, cleanrooms, labs, and manufacturing areas
• Own cybersecurity controls, secure configurations, and OT/IT facility integrations.
• Oversee the full site IT and OT architecture implementation in the construction site and all future designs - network, infrastructure, security, and digital workplace.
• Lead the daily IT/OT operations - trouble shooting, patching, backup, disaster recovery, and lifecycle management - audit-ready for GMP.
• Direct managed service partners and hold them to standards, SLAs, and service quality.

What you will bring:

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity, preferably with 5+ in a senior, site-responsible role in a regulated environment
• A track record of designing and setting up IT infrastructure for new or expanding facilities
• Strong network architecture expertise — segmentation, routing, switching, wireless, and security.
• Experience from working in a regulated environment e.g. understanding data integrity, ISO27001, IT for Good laboratory practice or good manufacturing practice
• Hands-on MSP and vendor governance - SLAs, escalations, and service delivery
