The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and willing to take direction while contributing to a productive job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties including site cleanup, material handling, and debris removal
- Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing, measuring, cutting, and basic installations
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Support skilled trades as needed on various job site tasks
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred
- Basic carpentry skills are a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and reliability
