About this role
Job Summary
The Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) plays a critical role in ensuring timely resolution of escalated incidents and tickets in the Data LAN/WAN area. This position is pivotal in maintaining quality compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) while fostering positive customer satisfaction through effective communication and in-depth analysis. The expert will also contribute to the development of team capabilities and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Key Sourcing Information : Design and hands-on implementation.\r\nsupporting WAN, LAN, WLAN on a multi-vendor network consisting primarily of Juniper, Aruba, Mist, with some Cradle point & Cisco.\r\nJNCIP or JNCIE level with focus on WAN, LAN, WLAN.\r\nAruba Central, Aruba switches and Aruba WLAN.\r\nMist dashboard and WLAN.\r\nCisco CCNP or CCIE level on WAN & LAN.\r\n
Skill Requirements
1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Lan/Wan Technologies And Incident Management Processes.
2. Strong Analytical Skills To Conduct Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis.
3. Excellent Communication Skills To Liaise With Stakeholders And Present Findings Effectively.
4. Proven Ability To Mentor And Guide Team Members In Support Operations.
