POSITION SUMMARY

The Snr Process Technician participates in plant operation activities and supports production management within the shift.

操作技术员主要从事装置的日常生产操作，并在班组内配合开展生产管理相关工作。

The Senior Process Technician is responsible for advanced shift operation and plays a key role in ensuring safe, stable, and efficient plant operation.

高级操作技术员是在当班运行中承担核心技术职责的关键岗位，确保装置安全、稳定和高效运行。

The position reports to the Plant Supervisor and works under guidance to ensure safe, stable, and efficient plant operation.

该岗位直接汇报给工厂主管，在其指导下保障工厂安全、稳定、高效运行。

The operator assists the Plant Supervisor to manage all plant- related affair.

操作员将协助工厂主管所有与工厂相关的事务。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provide effective operation to the 工厂 to ensure the ASU is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.

Perform routine operation and field activities according to operating procedures and shift instructions.
Monitor process parameters, equipment status, and product quality, and report abnormalities in a timely manner.
Assist the Plant Supervisor in shift-level production coordination and daily operation activities.
Execute safety work permits, shift handover, and routine safety inspections within the shift.
Support troubleshooting activities and follow instructions during upsets and incidents.
Strictly comply with EH&S requirements, operating procedures, and site rules. EHS 要求、操作规程及现场管理规定。 Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.

确保遵循工艺安全、MOC和OPHR的要求。

Support to maintain the plant reliability in order to meet sales demand through the maintenance of equipment and the schedule of plant shut-down to avoid business interruption.
Report shift production progress and status. Report near miss / incident occurred  within shift
Conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs. /参与故障排除根本原因分析。 Quick response to quality and process alerting. Active on upset handling to minimizes the impact on quality (no shortage on quality).  Active and initiative on finding potential quality problem, analysis problem and get the solutions.
Optimum use of shift resources to achieve shift production performance in production safety, quality and capacity in line with plant targets.

合理运用轮班资源，以便在达到工厂目标的同时实现生产安全、生产质量和生产能力方面的轮班生产绩效。

Actively involved in process / productivity improvement (CI Project). /生产率的改进活动（CI项目）。 Help to build and maintain good relationship with all customer，Keeping good communication with customer to insure closely cooperation.
Any other duties as assigned and carry out tasks and requests from reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrated proven interpersonal skills.

良好的人际交往技能。

Track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection.
Experience in process plant operation, demonstrated ASU knowledge and Technical skills, ASU operations experience.
With background of Chemical engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical.2+ years ASU production plant or similar plant operating experience; junior college or college degree.

具有化学工程, 化学, 机械, 仪表, 或电气背景. 2年以上空分厂或类似工厂操作经验；大专或本科学历者。

Basic understanding of process safety, plant operation, and field equipment.

具备基础的工艺安全、装置操作和设备认知能力。

Able to follow instructions, work on shift, and cooperate well within the team.

能够适应倒班，服从安排，具备良好的团队合作意识。

Good written and spoken English.

具有一定的英语说写能力。
