We are looking for an English and Social Studies Teacher for an international school in Hohhot. This is a full-time position starting in August 2026.

Job responsibilities
- Teach the subjects English and social studies to high school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments
- Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
- Teaching certificate, such as BC, PGCE/iPGCE & QTS, SACE
- Two or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher education
- Excellent communications skills
- Good understanding of teaching in American or Canada context
- Annual Salary is range of 280,000 to 370,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
