  • Core Skills: Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Security Clearance: Must be eligible for Non-Police-Personnel-Vetting Level 3 (NPPV3), requiring a minimum of 3 years continuous UK residency.

Desirable & Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to mobile app development (Android/iOS using Java, Kotlin, Swift, or React Native).

  • Exposure to web technology stacks (HTML, CSS, React) or .NET/Windows UI frameworks (WPF, WinUI).

  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

  • Willingness or curiosity to work with legacy technologies (e.g., Delphi) during architectural migration.

What We Offer

  • Unique UK Benefit: Two weeks additional pay per year (Holiday Bonus scheme).

  • Competitive Package: Market salary, performance bonus, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).

  • Work-Life Balance: Hybrid working model and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.

  • Growth & Health: Matched pension, enhanced parental pay, continuous learning support, and 24/7 EAP.
