We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our engineering team. Responsibilities:

• Contribute to core modules and critical components
• Lead complex technical problem solving and root cause analysis
• Support team members in resolving technical blockers
• Timely tracking of progress and manage technical risks and dependencies
• Coordinate with Clients/client-facing teams for issue resolution
• Address security vulnerabilities and audit findings
• Able to drive technical debt reduction and modernization
• Balance technical excellence with business priorities
• Able to mentor other team members as needed.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in developing and managing complex software product
• Excellent working knowledge of C, C++, Win32 programming, MFC libraries.
• Excellent understanding of windows internals such as process management, memory management and file system
• Must have working experience of multi treading & Inter Process Communication
• Comfortable and experienced in using Third party libraries and STL.
• Proficient in debugging and experience in using Windbg and/or any other debugging tools
• Good database skills and have experience of working with MS SQL/Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with .Net technologies
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Cursor.
• Experience in working in Agile environment.
