We are building a new team from the ground up to work on an ambitious new product in a fast-moving, competitive market. This product will leverage Aircall's core strengths in voice and AI to transform how sales teams operate—helping them work faster, smarter, and more effectively at scale. As one of the first engineers on this team, you will have significant ownership and influence over the technical direction and product development.  We are looking for engineers with a 0-to-1 mindset who are excited to build products from scratch and thrive in ambiguous environments, as well as a strong growth orientation that drives them to evolve alongside the team—whether that means deepening their technical expertise or eventually stepping into technical leadership and management roles as we scale.
