This team designs, builds, and supports software applications and backend services that power internal and external product delivery initiatives across the organization. The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions that directly support GRAIL's mission of advancing early cancer detection. In this role, you will contribute to the development of production-grade applications and services using modern software engineering practices. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to build features, improve system reliability, and support ongoing product delivery efforts in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. GRAIL is moving to Sunnyvale, California in Sept 2026. You may do some interviews at our current location in Menlo Park, CA. GRAIL offers a flexible work arrangement, with the ability to work from GRAIL's office or from home. Our current flexible work arrangement policy requires that a minimum of 60%, or 24 hours, of your total work week be on-site. Your specific schedule, determined in collaboration with your manager, will align with team and business needs and could exceed the 60% requirement for the site. At our new Sunnyvale campus, Tuesdays and Thursdays are the key days where we encourage on-site presence to engage in events and on-site activities.
