  • Track sprint execution metrics and drive process improvements.

  • Monitor production stability and collaborate with engineering teams to address operational risks and incidents.

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery performance and service health.

  • Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance and drive corrective actions when needed.

  • Develop and evolve delivery practices, frameworks, and operating models that enable the organization to scale efficiently as business needs grow.

  • Drive delivery transformation initiatives that improve agility, predictability, quality, and speed to market.

  • Establish flexible delivery processes that adapt to changing priorities, emerging business opportunities, and evolving customer requirements.

  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve delivery planning, forecasting, risk identification, dependency management, and operational reporting.

  • Leverage AI-powered analytics to identify delivery risks, performance trends, and optimization opportunities.

  • Champion adoption of automation and AI-driven workflows that enhance productivity and delivery effectiveness.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, learning, and responsible AI adoption.
