About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of multiple ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, client communication, team management, budgeting, and end-to-end project execution.
You will act as the bridge between the client, internal stakeholders, and delivery team—ensuring project goals are met with quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global clients to define project scopes and objectives.
  • Prepare, monitor, and track project plans, deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
  • Forecast and manage resource allocation, including availability planning.
  • Conduct project discovery and requirement gathering with diverse domain understanding.
  • Handle project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring timely mitigation plans.
  • Maintain comprehensive and standardized project documentation (SOWs, reports, manuals).
  • Deliver detailed project performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Foster clear and transparent communication with international clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of proven experience in project management in the IT/software industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technology understanding – familiarity with development lifecycles and digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery and tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello.
  • Exposure to working with global clients across diverse domains (Fintech, Healthcare, eCommerce, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification or Agile-related certifications is a plus.
