Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
■ Support sourcing activities including RFQ preparation and vendor communication, to include: organize
supplier response, populate comparison matrices, and prepare award recommendations
■ Maintain supplier databases and procurement records
■ Conduct basic market research, spend analytics and supplier benchmarking to inform category decisions
■ Request and coordinate the creation of purchase orders with purchasing team
■ Track supplier performance metrics
■ Assist in sourcing initiatives analysis and reporting
■ Assist with supplier performance monitoring and documentation
■ Learn and apply Victaulic’s sourcing policies, supplier code of conduct, and contract administration
standards
Required Qualifications
■ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
■ 0–2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
■ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
■ Strong analytical and communication skills
■ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
