Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Management of daily field testing/inspection activities performed by technicians and/or inspector assigned to your project.
- Scheduling/assigning field staff to various projects based on the projectβs needs and the field staff capabilities.
- Review of daily field reports and test data for accuracy, as well as preparation of monthly summary reports
- Management of project budgets.
- Communication with contractors and owners concerning our testing & inspection services, including distribution of reports and test data are distributed to the project teams in a timely manner.
- You will have the opportunity to attend monthly and preconstruction meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Do you enjoy spending time outside and being hands on? You will be needed to perform inspections and testing at project sites as necessary/qualified.
- Get social. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with our great clients and networking to develop new ones.

Qualifications
Β
- Five years or greater of progressive engineering and/or testing/inspection experience required for those holding a Bachelor degree in engineering or related field of study.Β (strongly preferred); or
- Seven years or greater of progressive engineering and/or testing/inspection experience required for those holding an Associate degree in engineering or related field of study; or
- Twelve years or greater of progressive engineering and/or testing/inspection experience (no degree); or
- NCDOT and American Concrete Institute (ACI) Field Technician Level I certification required.Β

- International Code Council (ICC) Reinforced Concrete and Masonry certifications preferred.Β
