About this role

Job Details:

Responsible for the coordination of import, export, and customs operations across land, sea, and air transportation. Ensures timely and accurate deliveries to clients and warehouses while maintaining strict compliance with applicable regulations and legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident management: Coordinate and resolve operational issues as needed.

  • Shipment monitoring: Oversee scheduling and shipments from plants in the United States and South America.

  • Transportation support: Provide first-level assistance to transportation lines.

  • Client liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for receiving clients.

  • Transit permits: Request and manage permits for transit within national territory.

  • Container tracking: Monitor released containers and arrivals with clients.

  • Administrative support: Assist with documentation such as PODs, invoicing, and shipping orders.

  • Customs procedures: Manage customs processes at land and sea ports, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with regulations.

  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to SADER, SAT, USDA, and other agency regulations to prevent penalties and delays. Maintain updated procedures in line with current legislation.

Required Knowledge

  • Excel proficiency (intermediate/advanced)

  • Database analysis and management

  • Warehouse and transport operations

  • Foreign trade, including customs laws and IMMEX programs

  • English proficiency (intermediate/advanced)

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in monitoring and logistics of product imports.
