Job Description -

Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice on privacy and data protection laws including EU and UK GDPR e-Privacy Directive AI Act and other relevant regulations. - Develop implement and maintain privacy policies and procedures. - Conduct data privacy impact assessments and provide advice on privacy and data protection matters such as data subject rights privacy maturity assessments client audits and AI matters. - Advise on data breach response and manage incident investigations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to ensure privacy compliance in all business operations. - Draft and negotiate data processing agreements and other privacy-related contracts. - Monitor and analyze changes in privacy laws and regulations and update company policies templates and contracts accordingly. - Conduct training and awareness programs on privacy and data protection for employees. - Represent the company in privacy-related regulatory inquiries.
