Job Description
- Concevoir et mettre en place les processus de production pour les lignes d'assemblage (S-E-SE).
- Optimiser les flux de production afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et réduire les coûts.
- Analyser les processus existants et proposer des solutions d'amélioration continue.
- Fournir un support technique aux équipes de production pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux processus.
- Participer aux essais et à la validation des nouveaux équipements et procédés.
- Assurer le suivi des modifications techniques et garantir leur conformité.
- Collaborer avec les équipes qualité pour garantir le respect des normes et des standards.
- Identifier les non-conformités, analyser les causes racines et mettre en place des actions correctives.
- Élaborer et maintenir les documents techniques liés aux processus de production (procédures, instructions de travail, plans de contrôle).
- Assurer le reporting des indicateurs de performance des processus.
- Former les opérateurs et techniciens aux nouveaux processus et équipements.
- Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et proposer des actions d'amélioration.
Qualifications
- Bac+2/+5Â en GĂ©nie Industriel, GĂ©nie MĂ©canique, ou domaine similaire.
- Expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans l'ingénierie de production, de préférence dans l'industrie automobile.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
