Responsibilities
What You’ll DoPrepare food items according to recipes and prep sheets, follow build-to-par levels, properly store and rotate products using FIFO, maintain a clean and sanitary prep area, and assist with overall kitchen operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work well with other kitchen team members
