About this role
We are looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Specialist who will drive end-to-end hiring for sales profiles for Real Estate Industry.
This role requires someone who understands high-volume sales hiring, can move fast, build strong pipelines, and can close positions quickly without compromising on quality.
Responsiblities:
Sales Hiring Ownership
Drive end-to-end recruitment for Commercial Leasing/sales roles.
Manage high-volume hiring pipelines across PAN India sales teams
Ensure positions are closed within defined SLA timelines
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals and referrals.
Identify candidates with strong sales aptitude and communication skills
Proactively create talent pools for recurring roles
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with sales leaders and hiring managers
Understand role expectations, targets, and success metrics
Provide market insights and hiring updates
Candidate Experience
Previous experience in B2B sales hiring, especially real estate preferred.
Ensure a fast, structured, and positive hiring experience
Maintain clear communication with candidates through the hiring journey
Recruitment Operations
Track hiring metrics including:
- time-to-hire
- offer acceptance
- interview-to-offer ratio
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and hiring dashboards
Experience
3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Proven experience in sales hiring / real estate sales hiring/ B2B/B2C sales is required
Experience hiring for high-growth startups or B2B sales teams is a strong advantage
Skills
Strong candidate sourcing capability
Excellent stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Strong communication and negotiation skills
