Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Sr. Contract Expert - Civil is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• Prepare, examine, and finalize civil engineering contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and ensure fair and transparent contractor selection.
• Monitor execution of civil works contracts, track deliverables, and enforce contractual obligations.
• Assess contractor claims, negotiate settlements, and support resolution of disputes.
• Ensure contracts adhere to legal, financial, and regulatory standards, including safety and quality norms.
• Safeguard project timelines and budgets by enforcing contractual terms and monitoring variations.

Profile/Skills

• He/She should be Graduate in Engineering.
• He/She should have minimum 15 Years of experience.
• He/She should have minimum 5 Years of relevant experience.
