As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be a key technical leader within our organization, responsible for driving the development of critical projects spanning multiple enterprise business units. You should possess a deep understanding of technical development, experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, and a history of successfully delivering complex projects. Your role will involve mentoring, leading, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for digital innovation.

SKILLS

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex, high-impact applications, cloud solutions, APIs, and backend services within a demonstration environment.
  • Function as a technical authority, providing guidance on architectural decisions and technology selection across various development domains.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers in web, cloud, mobile, API, and backend development, fostering their growth and skill development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and technical solutions across multiple domains.
  • Oversee code quality, performance, and security in web, cloud, mobile, API, and backend projects.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and coding standards within the development team across various domains.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption when beneficial to projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set the technical direction of the organization and contribute to strategic planning across multiple development domains.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (7+ Years):

  • Requisite experience and/or accredited degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related computer technical field
  • 7+ years of experience building software applications.
  • 7+ years of experience in data warehousing and analytics applications
  • 7+ years of experience software engineering using relevant technologies such as programming languages, APIs, and databases.
  • 7+ years of experience in public cloud solutions design and security controls.
  • 7+ years of experience publishing engineering patterns or other reusable artifacts for cloud enablement
  • Strong knowledge of ORMs such as Entity Framework
  • Strong knowledge of Angular and/or React.
  • Strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET Core version 2 and up
  • Strong knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Big Query, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native database solutions such as RedShift, Synapse, Snowflake, etc.
  • Ability to manage from startup to end of an application development cycle.
  • Experience leading and delivering software development in an Agile or Lean delivery method.
  • Strong multi-disciplinary knowledge in GCP, AWS, and Microsoft Azure components
  • Experience within Healthcare, AI and Automation tools required.

Work-at-home requirements

  • Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.

  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.

  • Latency (ping) response time lower than 80 ms

  • Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The target hiring range for this position is $138,245 - $174,888 USD. At G.E.H.A, the current maximum salary for this role is $194,875 USD. While initial compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications, there is a path to work toward this top rate through performance and continued growth within the organization.
