Sr. Graphic Designer

What is your mission?

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create high-quality marketing and promotional materials that support business objectives and brand visibility. This role is responsible for designing flyers, marketing collateral, forms, print and digital assets, and promotional content while ensuring brand consistency, visual appeal, and effective communication. The position also supports copywriting, creative concept development, and collaboration across multiple projects.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Develop creative concepts and design engaging marketing materials, promotional assets, and branded collateral.
• Create visually appealing flyers, charts, forms, mailers, and other print and digital marketing pieces.
• Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Apply design principles, typography, layout techniques, and colour theory to create effective visual communications.
• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to produce high-quality creative assets.
• Design and optimise content for both print and digital platforms.
• Support projects involving video formats and multimedia content.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy in resolution, formatting, and colour consistency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative direction.
• Develop and write promotional content that communicates product and service information effectively.
• Contribute copywriting support for marketing campaigns, customer communications, and promotional initiatives.
• Provide guidance and creative support to junior designers by reviewing drafts and refining project outputs.
• Act as a creative resource by sharing innovative ideas, design concepts, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Maintain organised project files, design assets, and creative documentation.
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and resolve design challenges effectively.
• Stay updated on emerging graphic design trends, technologies, and creative methodologies.
• Incorporate feedback constructively to continuously enhance design quality and effectiveness.
• Perform other duties and creative projects as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Experience in graphic design, creative services, marketing design, or a related role.
• Experience creating marketing, promotional, and branding materials for print and digital channels.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout design, visual hierarchy, and colour theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including industry-standard design applications.
• Experience designing content for both print production and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of video design, video editing, or multimedia formats is advantageous.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills for marketing and promotional materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
• Strong organisational, time management, and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, collaboration, and openness to feedback.
