职位描述

1.和集团关键决策客户建立联系，并挖掘客户需求，制定年度战略合作计划，设计创新和定制化的项目活动，驱动业务增长

2.及时了解市场竞品相关信息，制定应对策略，赢得市场份额

3.协调公司各部门资源，和集团客户建立长期合作关系，为新品合作打基础

4.和业务销售团队保持密切沟通和合作，总结成功经验并复制，建立KA业务合作模式。

职位要求

  • 5年以上销售经验，2年以上医美相关类产品的销售经验，外资Top  sales优先；
  • 良好的沟通、表达、谈判和说服技巧
  • 优秀的客户维护意识和能力，良好的组织协调和人际关系沟通能力
  • 严谨的逻辑思维和分析判断能力；
  • 优秀的解决问题和处理复杂情况的应变能力；
  • 良好的跨部门合作意识和能力
