ABOUT THE ROLE: Fullscript is seeking a Sr Lead, Benefits to own and execute the strategy, design, governance, and evolution of our benefits programs across Canada and the United States. This role is responsible for defining our global benefits philosophy, optimizing the employee benefits experience, managing key vendor and broker relationships, and ensuring our programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our people strategy. This role will lead the development of our long-term benefits roadmap while overseeing day-to-day program governance, including leave programs, and benefits operations. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders and collaborators across the People team who play a critical role in scaling our benefits function as the company grows.
