Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Owner with strong expertise in Data Warehousing, SQL, Data Analysis, and Technical Documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data modelers, engineering teams, and QA teams to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business discovery sessions and interact with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Analyze data and interpret existing business logic.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including:
• Product Design Documents (PDD)
• Source-to-Target Mapping (STM)
• Functional and Technical Specifications
• Collaborate with Data Modelers, Data Engineers, and Development teams.
• Coordinate with offshore BSA teams.
• Support and participate in UAT and testing activities.
• Work closely with QA and business partners for requirement validation.
• Drive ownership of deliverables from requirements through implementation.
• Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) concepts and data architecture.
• Advanced SQL expertise, including complex query development and data analysis.
• Experience creating technical documentation, specifications, and mapping documents.
• Prior experience as:
• Business Systems Analyst (BSA), or
• Technical Product Owner, or
• Developer/Data Analyst transitioning into a techno-functional role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive deliverables.
