This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with gaming industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about the intersection of mobile gaming and user acquisition.

Role and Responsibilities

Partnership Management & Growth

  • Own and manage day-to-day relationships with assigned game partners, serving as their primary point of contact at Samsung
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with existing partners to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and align on strategic priorities
  • Drive scale-up initiatives for existing partnerships — negotiate expanded deal terms and UA investment, and broader platform engagement
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement and increase revenue contribution from existing portfolio
  • Monitor partnership health metrics and deal milestones to ensure partnerships remain on track and deliver results
  • Prepare and deliver partnership proposals, pitch decks, deal term sheets, and other business documentation

Business Development & Deal Execution

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new game partnership opportunities aligned with the team’s strategic priorities (mobile cloud gaming, UA-driven partnerships)
  • Lead partnership conversations with prospective partners — from initial outreach and pitching through to deal structuring and closing
  • Prepare and deliver partnership proposals, pitch decks, deal term sheets, and other business documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Store Operations, Product) to execute deals and onboard new partners
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on mobile gaming trends, UA spending patterns, and ad network ecosystems

Skills and Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in the gaming industry (mobile gaming preferred), in a business development, partnerships, or account management capacity
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) — must be highly skilled in creating polished presentations, data-driven reports, and professional correspondence
  • Proven ability to manage partner relationships independently and drive deal conversations from pitch to close
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft partner-facing emails, internal memos, and executive summaries
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on action items and deliverables
  • Self-starter who can operate independently while keeping leadership informed

Preferred

  • Background in mobile game publishing, gaming platforms, or ad network industry
  • Understanding of the mobile gaming value chain: developers, publishers, ad networks, and platform ecosystems
  • Experience working with global game developers or publishers
  • Familiarity with cloud gaming, game streaming, or platform distribution models
  • Experience conducting QBRs or structured business reviews with external partners
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) in addition to MS Office
  • Fluency in Korean preferred — able to write, speak, and present professionally
