Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The Senior Manager, Technology, Insights & Analytics is responsible for owning the digital, data, and analytics strategy that enables effective decisionâmaking across global real estate, facilities management, and capital project delivery. This role ensures that leadership has accurate, timely, and decisionâready insights to guide strategic investments, portfolio optimization, and execution performance.Â
Operating as the enterprise data and insights owner, this role drives endâtoâend data strategyâfrom systems and architecture to analytics, dashboards, and external insightsâsupporting RE/FM/Government Services governance, site construction, renovations, expansions, and strategic capital projects.Â

Data & Analytics StrategyÂ
Define and own the endâtoâend analytics and insights strategy for WW Business Operations & Project Delivery.Â
Establish a single source of truth across RE, FM, GS, and capital project data.Â
Ensure analytics directly support executive, portfolio, and investment decisions.Â
Digital Systems & EnablementÂ
Own the digital tools and systems roadmap supporting portfolio analytics, project performance, and governance.Â
Partner with ITÂ to enable system integration, automation, and data quality.Â
Drive simplification and standardization of tools and reporting across regions.Â
Portfolio Analytics & InsightsÂ
Deliver actionable insights on portfolio performance, capital efficiency, project risk, cost, and schedule.Â
Develop executive dashboards and forwardâlooking analytics to support prioritization and tradeâoffs.Â
Incorporate external benchmarks and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.Â
People Leadership & Team DevelopmentÂ
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analytics and insights professionals.Â
Establish best practices for analytics methodologies, insight generation, and knowledge sharing across the organization.Â

QualificationsÂ
EducationÂ
Bachelorâs degree required in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business, or a related field.Â
Masterâs degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.Â
Experience and Skills:Â
8â10 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related technical roles.Â
Demonstrated experience leading analytics or insights teams in a complex, matrixed organization.Â
Strong expertise in analytics platforms, data visualization tools, and data management concepts.Â
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics and technology solutions.Â
Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and storytelling.Â
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.Â
Preferred:Â
Experience supporting commercial, medical device, or healthcare businesses.Â
Knowledge of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, automation, and emerging technologies.Â
Experience working with large, global data environments and cross-regional teams.Â
Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements in a regulated industry.Â
Prior experience driving digital or analytics transformation initiatives.Â
