About this role

We are looking for an experienced BI Engineer with strong expertise in Power BI, SSRS, and SQL to join our Digital Products & Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

The candidate should be a quick learner, capable of working independently, and passionate about delivering high-quality BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Develop and maintain SSRS reports for enterprise reporting requirements
  • Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions
  • Work closely with data engineering and business teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions
  • Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and implement enhancements
  • Support data visualization initiatives across Digital Products & Analytics teams

Mandatory Skills

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI Report & Dashboard Development
  • Strong experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Development
  • Strong SQL programming and analytical skills
  • Excellent understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in PySpark for ETL/Data Engineering activities
  • Exposure to Data Engineering concepts and ETL pipelines
  • Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services domain
  • Knowledge of enterprise data warehouse environments is an advantage

  • Has prior banking domain experience (preferred)
