About the Role :
We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Integrations to own and evolve our integration ecosystem, including all data ingress and egress pipelines and thirdâparty partner integrations. This role is critical to how our platform connects with the broader enterprise technology landscape and delivers reliable, secure, and scalable data flows for our customers and partners.Â
You will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for integrations across CRM, MAP, data providers, and partner platformsâbalancing customer needs, platform scalability, security, and delivery velocity. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, product judgment, and crossâfunctional leadership.Â
What Youâll Do :
Product Strategy & OwnershipÂ
- Own the product vision and roadmap for all ingress and egress data pipelines and thirdâparty integrationsÂ
- Define a scalable and extensible integration platform strategy that supports current partners and future ecosystem growthÂ
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, partner demand, platform health, and business objectivesÂ
- Represent integrations as a firstâclass product surface, not just âconnectorsâÂ
Execution & Delivery :
- Lead endâtoâend delivery of integration initiativesâfrom discovery and requirements through launch and iterationÂ
- Drive technically complex efforts such as:Â Â
- OAuthâbased authentication and authorizationÂ
- Webhooks, APIs, batch and realâtime data pipelinesÂ
- Partnerâspecific data contracts, schemas, and sync modelsÂ
- Translate customer, partner, and internal needs into clear, actionable product requirements and success metricsÂ
- Partner closely with engineering to scope, estimate, and deliver work with a high bar for quality and reliabilityÂ
Partner & Ecosystem Leadership
- Act as the product point of contact for key technology partners and integration stakeholdersÂ
- Collaborate with partnerships, customer success, and sales to support new integrations and expansionsÂ
- Ensure integrations meet partner technical requirements while aligning with platform standards and longâterm architectureÂ
Platform Quality, Security & Scale
- Drive consistency, reliability, and observability across all integration pipelinesÂ
- Partner with security and infra teams to ensure integrations meet authentication, authorization, and compliance standardsÂ
- Identify and address scalability, performance, and operational risks proactivelyÂ
CrossâFunctional Leadership
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, Partnerships, Support, and GoâToâMarket teamsÂ
- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders about tradeoffs, timelines, and outcomesÂ
- Serve as a subjectâmatter expert and product leader for integrations across the companyÂ
What Weâre Looking For :
- 6+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of technical or platform productsÂ
- Deep experience building and managing thirdâparty integrations and data pipelinesÂ
- Strong understanding of:Â Â
- APIs (REST, webhooks)Â
- OAuth and authentication/authorization modelsÂ
- Data sync patterns (batch vs. realâtime, inbound vs. outbound)Â
- Strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional roadmaps with many stakeholders and dependencies.Â
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing detailed product requirementsÂ
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with handsâon executionÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM marketing, and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesloft, Outreach, etc.)Â
- Background working on B2B SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise productsÂ
- Familiarity with integration frameworks, SDKs, or platformâasâaâproduct modelsÂ
- Experience supporting partner ecosystems or marketplace integrationsÂ
- Comfort working closely with senior engineering leaders on architecture and tradeoffsÂ
- Background in the revenue technology, ABM, or sales intelligence space.Â
- Exposure to compliance and data privacy requirements in enterprise software (GDPR, DNC, RBAC, SSO/SAML).Â
