Sr Program Analyst (DOI)

About the Role

Culmen International is hiring a Sr Program Analyst to provide senior-level analytical support for acquisition, financial assistance, and organizational transformation initiatives.

This is a talent pipeline position for future opportunities.

What You’ll Do in Your New Role

• Lead complex studies and assessments.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and compliance.
• Support enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Develop executive-level reports and presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience
• Experience with federal government.
• Strong Excel skills.
