Our native SaaS applications help IT and security teams automatically back up, clone, optimize, and granularly restore critical data within Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence Cloud.   Summary As a Sr. Technical Writer, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and compelling, educational content for Revyz & Spin.AI’s SaaS products. You will be working closely with engineering, product marketing, and customer enablement to create resources that don’t just document what the product does, but accelerate a user from novice to power user. Your goal is to build out a modern documentation infrastructure that drives platform adoption and builds brand trust across technical communities. Your primary goal will be to author high-quality user guides, support documentation, and tutorials that empower both internal teams and external customers to maximize the value of our products.
