Job Description
We are looking for a Staff Analog Design Engineer to join our team in ZĂŒrich, working on next-generation mixed-signal ICs for wireless power and power management (PMIC) applications.Â
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of major analog IPs and contribute at both architecture and implementation level, from concept definition through mass production silicon.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Lead the definition, design, and ownership of complex analog and mixed-signal IPs, such as: Â
PMIC building blocks (LDOs, references, regulators, amplifiers)Â
Wireless power-related analog IPsÂ
High-performance ADC/DAC interfaces and analog front-endsÂ
Contribute to system-level and architecture definition in close collaboration with digital, firmware, and system teamsÂ
Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and optimization, including: Â
PVT, corner, and Monte Carlo analysisÂ
Robustness and reliability considerationsÂ
Ensure design robustness and manufacturability across process, voltage, and temperature variationsÂ
Support and guide layout activities, including: Â
Floorplanning of large analog IPsÂ
Matching, shielding, and parasitic-aware designÂ
Post-layout simulation and sign-offÂ
Play an active role in silicon bring-up, validation, debug, and characterizationÂ
Contribute to and support test and qualification phases, working closely with test, product, and quality teamsÂ
Drive design reviews, technical documentation, and cross-team alignmentÂ
Contribute to best practices within the analog design teamÂ
Qualifications
QualificationsÂ
PhD with 5+ years of industry experienceÂ
or MSc with 8+ years of industry experience in analog/mixed-signal IC designÂ
Strong experience in transistor-level CMOS analog designÂ
Solid understanding of analog design fundamentals (noise, stability, matching, reliability)Â
Proven experience owning designs from specification through mass productionÂ
Familiarity with mixed-signal integration and interaction with digital blocksÂ
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsÂ
Experience with Cadence design environmentÂ

Preferred QualificationsÂ
PMIC experience is a strong plusÂ
Experience with wireless power or energy-constrained systemsÂ
Knowledge of low-power and high-efficiency analog design techniquesÂ
Hands-on experience with silicon validation, lab measurements, and debugÂ
Good understanding of test and qualification requirements for high-volume productsÂ
