What You’ll DoÂ
Sales & Business LeadershipÂ
- Own store performance, exceeding sales goals and KPIsÂ
- Leverage sales analytics to drive strategy and opportunityÂ
- Lead by example as a selling manager and brand ambassadorÂ
- Oversee visual presentation, product mix, and promotional executionÂ
Client ExperienceÂ
- Deliver a seamless, personalized luxury experience to every customerÂ
- Inspire the team to build long-term client relationships through effective clientelingÂ
- Drive special events and creative engagement with clients Â
- Lead from the floor during peak moments and eventsÂ
- Actively seek and respond to client feedbackÂ
Team DevelopmentÂ
- Recruit, train, and retain top-tier talentÂ
- Coach with consistency and clarity to support team growth and developmentÂ

Required QualificationsÂ
- 3+ years of leadership experience in luxury, specialty, or jewelry retailÂ
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goalsÂ
- Strong leadership presence and talent development capabilitiesÂ
- Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital commerce toolsÂ
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysÂ
- High School Diploma or EquivalentÂ
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 30 lbs.Â
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.Â
