About this role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of SMT and electronic components.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and periodic audits.
  • Monitor stock levels, maintain minimum inventory, and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Handle ESD/MSD-sensitive components and ensure proper storage, traceability, and shelf-life management.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Planning teams for material availability.
  • Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and accurate ERP transactions.
  • Track component consumption and generate inventory reports. Lead store operations, warehouse housekeeping, and team management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SMT components, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Experience in stock planning, inventory optimization, and material traceability.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel. Good leadership, coordination, and analytical skills.
Qualification:

Graduate/Diploma with experience in Electronics Manufacturing (EMS), Automotive Electronics, PCB Assembly, or related industry
