About this role

Are you structured, detail-oriented and experienced in administrative or HR support tasks? And are you looking for a relevant student job where you can use your HR and employment-law knowledge and experience? Join Keylane’s HR team in Copenhagen and contribute to great HR administrative support and employee experience in an international organisation.

Key about the team

At Keylane, you will become part of a skilled, collaborative, and international HR team, across the Netherlands and the DK office. The HR team consists of 15 people.

We work across countries and disciplines, and we combine professionalism with an informal atmosphere, teamwork and a good sense of humor. You will get a real insight into how HR supports a growing international business – both in the day-to-day work and through longer-term initiatives.

Key about the role

As our Student Worker, you will primarily support the Danish Senior HR Business Partner with a varied mix of HR-service, administration, coordination and mostly employment-law-related tasks. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your tasks and work independently, while always having experienced HR colleagues to guide you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting "absence processes” and policies, including maintaining overviews and preparing follow-up materials.
  • Helping to plan, coordinate and communicate wellbeing, engagement and workplace initiatives.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for straightforward questions on internal HR processes, policies and systems, with support from the HR team.
  • Contributing to e.g. the review and update of employment contract templates and related HR documentation.
  • Researching and helping to update HR policies, procedures and intranet content.
  • Coordinating local HR meetings and the like.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support, research and data preparation for the Senior HR Business Partner and/or the wider team.

We are currently looking for a structured, and service-minded student worker who brings previous administrative or coordination experience and a strong interest in the practical application of HR and employment law.

Ideally, you:

  • Are most likely enrolled on your Bachelor, preferably within Law, HR, compliance or a related field.
  • Have relevant experience from an administrative, coordination or HR-support role.
  • Have experience with, or willingness to learn, internal HR systems.
  • Have a genuine interest in Danish employment law and HR administration.
  • Are structured, dependable and detail-oriented.
  • Communicate confidently in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
  • Are proactive and comfortable working independently.
  • Able to approach colleagues and tasks with a positive, service-minded attitude.
  • Are eager to learn and bring a pragmatic, can-do mindset.
