Experience & Skills:
- 7-9 years of experience working as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst within a multinational organization
- Extensive practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, including Story Reporting and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Exceptional analytical abilities and strong problem-solving skills
- Capability to analyze and interpret complex data alongside detailed reporting requirements
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and gather requirements
- In-depth understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors data model
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules and HR/People processes
- Experience with app development is considered a plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications, particularly focused on Reporting and Analytics
- Demonstrated expertise in Story Reporting
