Wat ga je doen?
Als Inbound Supervisor ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een soepel lopend inbound proces. Je stuurt dagelijks een team van 20 medewerkers en 2 teamleiders aan en zorgt ervoor dat goederen efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning worden ontvangen en verwerkt. Je bent een coach, een planner én een verbeteraar in één.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het inbound team.
- Dagelijkse planning op basis van KPI’s en real-time data.
- Continu verbeteren van processen en signaleren van knelpunten.
- Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Stimuleren van training en ontwikkeling via de skills matrix.
- Rapporteren aan het operationeel management.
- Creëren van een positieve, klantgerichte werkomgeving.
Wat breng jij mee?
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in logistiek of supply chain.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een warehouse.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een coachende leiderschapsstijl.
- Analytisch vermogen en ervaring met KPI-gestuurd werken.
- Proactieve houding en stressbestendigheid.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands én Engels.
